Quebecer in bomb plot gets life sentence

Said Namouh has been sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole for 10 years for his role in an international terror plot that threatened European countries involved in military operations in Afghanistan.

The Moroccan-born Quebec resident was convicted on four terrorism-related charges, including conspiracy to detonate an explosive device, participating in a terrorist act, facilitating such an act and committing extortion for a terrorist group.
