The attorney for Michael Jackson’s family has informed Dr. Conrad Murray, the doctor who treated Jackson at his home, that they are going forward with a wrongful death suit against him. The suit will accuse Murray of delaying a 911 call, and as a result, causing Jackson’s death.
An autopsy revealed that Jackson had a powerful anesthetic in his blood. Murray has already been charged with involuntary manslaughter and is currently free on bail. The Jackson family attorney said that "The bottom line is, had paramedics gotten there earlier and had they been called right away, chances are he could have been revived . . . ."
