Robert Baltovich is suing Ontario’s attorney general for what he says was his wrongful conviction in the death of his girlfriend, Elizabeth Bain.
Also named in his $13-million lawsuit are two Toronto police officers and his former lawyers.
Baltovich spent eight years in jail following his second-degree murder conviction in Bain’s death in 1992.
