Pancakes or Prayer? Restaurant Sues Church

Claiming an infringement on their copyright, the International House of Pancakes has sued the International House of Prayer. The IHOP restaurant is known for preparing pancakes and other breakfast items and for many restaurants, serving food 24/7 everyday of the year. The IHOP church is known for drawing thousands of visitors and for allowing individuals to pay 24/7 everyday of the year.

The IHOP restaurant chain says they made repeated attempts to work out an arrangement with the church, but decided to file suit after there was no resolution. The restaurant alleges the prayer house confuses customers and causes great injury to the restaurant.
