Charge coming in cult leader’s death: RCMP

A man will appear in Moncton Provincial Court on Friday in connection with the death of the notorious killer and cult leader Roch Thériault.

The Quebec-born Thériault, 63, was found dead near his cell at the Dorchester Institution on Feb. 26.

He had been involved in an altercation with another inmate and died as the result of his injuries.

The man will appear in Moncton Provincial Court at 9:30 a.m. on Friday.
